PDC: History & Background
Process Development & Control, Inc. was incorporated in 1970. We have served industry as a manufacturer of butterfly valves along with associated actuation and control products for over 35 years.
Our quality and engineering focus has designed and developed a family of flow control valve products. Specifications center on the processing of air, water, and gases for a wide variety of industrial applications.
The product line encompasses a complete shut-off elastomer lined unit as well as a range of controlled, low leakage butterfly valves. We provide a breadth of material compositions, size ranges and temperature levels. We tailor the valve actuation requirements to maximize the efficiency of each valve configuration. With alternative valve and actuation combinations, we offer a cost-effective component for our customers' process systems.
Our computer aided, three-dimensional engineering design system refines our imaging, drafting, and production documentation to ensure the right quality and product design integrity.
Our manufacturing experience combined with our capacity and equipment capabilities allow us to customize the individual characteristics of our valve products. Over 300 casting patterns are supplemented by flame cut variations that support ten core product groups. These valves are offered with a wide variety of swing-thru and step seat designs and mounting bracket features to serve specific applications.
Our marketing and sales organization has technical experience and skills to aid in both application analysis and specification details. Customer service and support provides reliable order scheduling and promise performance to meet our customers' requirements.
Our fully integrated computer system tracks order entry, purchasing, production, processing, inventory, shipping, billing and accounting. This capability provides efficient networked communications and the controls to manage our business resources.
We serve the HVAC, Compressor-Blower, Furnace, Gas Recovery, Equipment Machinery, Environmental, and Power Industry valve processing needs. Our products are in successful services throughout the world.
