Air Control in Temperatures up to 1500°F.
Bubble tight shutoff up to 250°F.
ANSI Class I- Swing thru, (Clearance Seat) in Temperatures up to 1500°F. Our most economical seat. Used where flow control is the most important and leakage in the closed position is not important. This type of seat permits the lowest operating torque.
ANSI Class II-Metal Step Seats in Temperatures up to 1500°F. An economical medium torque seat where required leakage in the closed position is slightly better than a swing thru, (Clearance Seat) valve.
ANSI Class III-Tadpole Step Seats in Temperatures up to 1500°F. An economical (medium to high) torque seat where required leakage in the closed position is slightly better than a metal step seat valve.
Bubble tight shutoff up to 300°F.
A high torque seat where bubble tight shut off up to 150 psi is required. This product is also available with an under cut disc for 50 psi shut off. This option reduces the valve torque and permits the use of a more economical actuator.
